The following steps may be tried out.
It is not certain that it will resolve the issue, though, especially if it is a network connectivity issue. The steps were gathered from TradeStation support.
1) Rebooting the Internet router may fix router and Internet connection stability issues.
2) Other than that, you may reboot the computer. And also try the following.
3) Close TradeStation.
4) Go to the folder C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\TradeStation 10.0\CAL and delte the entire folder "Cache".
5) Go to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\TradeStation Technologies\TradeStation and delete the file tsconfig.ini.
6) Restart TradeStation. It will prompt you to create a new configuration. Please proceed with that. Then open the TradeStation desktops and workspaces.
You may see if the above resolves or at least reduces the disconnection/reconnection issue.
