Possible solution for MetaStock crashing from time to time

For some users of MetaStock 19, maybe earlier versions too, MetaStock crashes while opening multiple and/or complex charts.

One possible solution shared by a CUE user (he got it from MetaStock) is as follows.

  1. Close MetaStock.

  2. Go to the folder C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Innovative Market Analysis\MetaStock\19.0

  3. Delete the file WorkSpaceSettings.json

  4. Restart MetaStock

The above steps seem to improve or resolve the issue.

You may try it out.

---------- Another possible solution: This was provided by MetaStock to one of their users ----------
